Aside from the Traditional Yang-style Taiji forms, The Wen Wu Academy also teaches a comprehensive series of authentic Qi Gong and Nei Gong exercises for both health and martial purposes. At a fundamental level, we teach breathing techniques coordinated with external movements designed to correct your body alignment and open up the energy channels so that your vital energy can begin to flow. Once you are competent with the primary methods, you will later learn how to use the internals to move the externals, as instructed in the Taiji Classics, use the heart-mind (Xin) to move the energy (Qi), and the energy (Qi) to move the body (以心行气,以气运身).
